The policy includes 11 insured events. Below are all risks set out in the public offer.

Flooding, as well as water damage from building systems or neighbouring premises.
Strong wind from 20 m/s and heavy snowfall.
Hail with a diameter of 10 mm or more and a direct lightning strike.
Earthquake of magnitude 5.0 or higher on the Richter scale and landslide.
Arson, breakage, damage and other unlawful acts by third parties.
An event is treated as insured when its nature, time and place can be determined unambiguously, and its cause is confirmed by documents from competent authorities.

Individuals and legal entities with a lawful interest in preserving the insured property.
Enter your email address, mobile number, identity-document details and the cadastral passport number or another document confirming your right to the property.
For individuals: an apartment, dacha or house; for legal entities: a building, structure or premises. Annexes recorded in the cadastre must also be listed in the policy.
The policy is valid for one calendar year in Uzbekistan. Insurance cover starts 7 calendar days after payment of the premium and policy issuance.

Notify the insurer within 72 hours of the event.
No later than 5 working days, submit a written claim to the insurer.
You will need a cadastral document or proof of rights to the property, photographs, original documents from authorised bodies and a loss assessment.
If the event is recognised as insured, a report is drawn up. Insurance indemnity is paid within 15 banking days after it is signed.
An event may be recognised as insured if its nature, time and place can be clearly established, it occurred during the insurance period and is confirmed by the required documents.
Individuals can insure an apartment, dacha or residential house. Legal entities can insure a building, structure or premises. If a residential house includes several buildings or integral annexes listed in the cadastral document, they must also be included in the policy.
The policy can be taken out by an individual or legal entity with an interest in preserving the property arising under law or contract: an owner, tenant, contractor, custodian, commission agent or another person with a lawful interest.
You need an email address, mobile phone number, identity-document details and the cadastral passport number or another document confirming rights to the property. The information in the application must match the original documents.
The insurance period is one calendar year. The policy is valid in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The insurer’s obligations begin 7 calendar days after payment of the insurance premium and issuance of the insurance policy.
