If what matters is the finish and the utilities, take what restoring them would cost.
From 50 million to 3 billion UZS. Anything in between is up to you.
For partial damage the actual restoration costs are reimbursed, but never above the sum insured. Understate the sum and you cap your own payout on a large loss.
The policy includes 11 insured events. Below are all risks set out in the public offer.
Fire and explosion of natural gas.
Flooding, as well as water damage from building systems or neighbouring premises.
Strong wind of at least 20 m/s and snowfall of at least 20 cm within 12 hours when unusual for the area.
Hail with a diameter of 10 mm or more and a direct lightning strike.
Earthquake of magnitude 5.0 or higher on the Richter scale and landslide.
Arson, breakage, damage and other unlawful acts by third parties.
An event is treated as insured when its nature, time and place can be determined unambiguously, and its cause is confirmed by documents from competent authorities.
Key details about the property, documents and policy term — under the public offer.
Individuals and legal entities with a lawful interest in preserving the insured property.
Enter your mobile number, identity-document details and the cadastral passport number or another document confirming your right to the property.
For individuals: an apartment, holiday home or house; for legal entities: a building, structure or premises. Annexes recorded in the cadastre must also be listed in the policy.
The policy is valid for one calendar year in Uzbekistan. Insurance cover starts 7 calendar days after payment of the premium and policy issuance.
Proceed step by step: the deadlines and document list are set out in the public offer.
Notify the insurer within 72 hours of the event.
No later than 5 working days, send written notice to the insurer.
You will need a cadastral document or proof of rights to the property, photographs, original documents from authorised bodies and a loss assessment.
If the event is recognised as insured, a report is drawn up. The claim payment is paid within 15 banking days after it is signed.
An event may be recognised as insured if its nature, time and place can be clearly established, it occurred during the insurance period and is confirmed by the required documents.
The rate is 0.05% of the sum insured per year. At the minimum sum of 50,000,000 UZS the premium is 25,000 UZS; at 500,000,000 UZS it is 250,000 UZS; at the maximum 3,000,000,000 UZS it is 1,500,000 UZS.
From 50,000,000 to 3,000,000,000 UZS. The sum insured is the ceiling of the insurer’s obligations: a payout can never exceed it.
The premium is paid in full, in a single payment. Cover starts 7 calendar days after the premium is paid and the policy is issued.
Base it on what restoring the property would cost. For partial damage the actual restoration costs are reimbursed, but never above the sum insured, so an understated sum caps the payout on a large loss.
The insured object is the property itself: a flat, holiday home or house, together with the annexes listed in the cadastral document. Furniture and household appliances are not covered by this offer — appliances have a separate policy.
