How to choose the sum insured

    Start from the market value

Take what the flat or house would sell for today, not the cadastral valuation.

    Insuring the fit-out only

If what matters is the finish and the utilities, take what restoring them would cost.

    Calculator limits

From 50 million to 3 billion UZS. Anything in between is up to you.

    How the payout is calculated

For partial damage the actual restoration costs are reimbursed, but never above the sum insured. Understate the sum and you cap your own payout on a large loss.
