Yes. They need to be mounted on the roof or walls of a building by professional fitters, and you should keep the technical documentation, certificates and the manufacturer’s warranty.
The whole system under one policy and a single sum insured: panels, inverter, battery, cables and mounting. There’s no need to insure components separately.
Notify us within 72 hours and submit a written claim no later than 5 working days. Record the damage with photos or video and gather the documents: proof of ownership or cadastre, certificates from the authorised state bodies (hydrometeorology, seismology, police, fire service) and an assessor’s report.
Based on the state bodies’ documents and the assessment organisation’s report, we draw up an insured-event report. The payout arrives within 15 banking days after it is signed.
