Yes. Since 2020 all 29 Schengen countries accept electronic policies. A printed PDF copy is fully equivalent to the paper original.
A 15-calendar-day buffer added after your trip end date. It covers the risk of being stuck abroad for medical reasons. Switzerland and Austria require this buffer; other consulates strongly recommend it. EAI includes the buffer for free.
Send us the original consulate refusal letter. We refund 100% of the paid premium within 5 business days. This is fixed in the EAI public offer (section 13.4.3). The refund goes to the same card used for payment.
Minimum — CLASSIC +COVID (€45,000). For Western countries or long trips choose ELITE (€60,000) or EXCLUSIVE (€90,000). ECONOM does not fit Schengen — it does not cover the geographic zone.
DMS (voluntary medical insurance) is mandatory for all citizens of Uzbekistan entering Russia. Basis — Russian Government Resolution №335 and Federal Law №115. Minimum €30,000, COVID-19 coverage required. Suitable programs: CLASSIC, ELITE, EXCLUSIVE.
From the "effective date" listed in the policy. You pick this date yourself — usually the day of departure or the day of visa submission. If you buy the policy while already abroad, it takes effect 4 days after payment (offer section 8.2).
Yes. EAI offers a family tariff: one policy for a family of up to 5 (parents + children under 18) with a ×4 coefficient instead of ×5 — a 20% saving.
The policy covers any Schengen country — regardless of which consulate issued the visa. If you go Germany → Czech Republic → Poland on one visa, a single policy covers the whole trip.
Legally — not at all. The e-policy is signed with the EUROASIA Insurance digital signature and verified by consulates via QR code or serial number. All 29 Schengen countries and Russia accept it the same as a paper original.
Right after payment an SMS with a link to the PDF policy is sent to your phone. A copy is also mirrored in your personal cabinet at eai.uz. Print it out or attach the digital document to your visa application.
