Three real cases from 2025: what happened, what the policy cost, and how much the customer received.
The customer failed to give way when exiting a secondary road. The hood, headlamp, radiator grille, reinforcement bar, and lower bumper section were damaged.
The driver of an oncoming vehicle broke the rules. The hood, headlamps, bumper, radiator panel, right fender, and other front-end parts of the BYD were damaged.
When leaving a residential complex, the customer hit a metal barrier. The bumper, headlamp, screen, and bumper bracket were damaged.
Amounts are taken from settled insurance claims. The payout depends on the terms of the specific policy and the circumstances of the incident.

Yes, the high-voltage battery is fully covered by KASKO in case of damage resulting from a Road Traffic Accident, Fire, Natural Disasters, and other Insured Events. It is important to understand that natural degradation of battery capacity over time (e.g., a 5-10% decrease over 3-5 years of operation) is a normal process of wear and tear, which is not an Insured Event. What is covered: mechanical damage to the battery during a Road Traffic Accident, short circuit due to external factors, damage from fire or flooding, failure resulting from vandalism. What is not covered: Natural Wear and Tear and loss of capacity, self-discharge, damage from improper charging with non-original equipment.
The cost of KASKO for Tesla depends on the model and value of the vehicle: • Tesla Model 3 (540 million UZS): from 7.02 million UZS/year (585,000 UZS/month) under the LITE Program • Tesla Model Y (660 million UZS): from 8.58 million UZS/year (715,000 UZS/month) under the LITE Program • Tesla Model S (1.02 billion UZS): from 13.26 million UZS/year (1,105,000 UZS/month) under the LITE Program We recommend the SMART Program (1.5%), which includes extended electronics coverage and a replacement car during repairs. The exact cost can be calculated in our online calculator taking into account the car's age, driving experience, and other factors.
It depends on the situation. If the damage occurred due to a malfunction of an official charging station or a certified home charger, KASKO will cover the repair. For example, if a voltage surge occurred at the charging station, damaging the onboard electronics. However, if the owner used homemade or uncertified charging equipment that led to the failure of the vehicle's systems, this may not be covered by insurance. We always recommend charging the electric vehicle only at official stations or using original chargers.
Yes, we insure electric vehicles imported from abroad. To issue KASKO, you will need: • Technical Passport (Vehicle Registration Certificate in Uzbekistan) • Customs declaration (if the car was imported recently) • Documents confirming the value of the vehicle • Inspection of the vehicle by our expert (can be conducted online via video) Please note: if the vehicle has signs of repair or damage before the insurance is issued, these damages will not be covered by the policy. All other risks are insured in full.
Main differences: • Cost: due to the higher price of electric vehicles, the Insurance Premium in absolute figures is higher, but the percentage of the value remains the same (1.3-2.2%) • Specific risks: additional coverage for the high-voltage battery, inverter, electric motor • Repair: original spare parts and specialized services are required • Towing: special attention to Towing Services in case of discharge • Repair times: usually longer due to parts delivery (2-4 months) All payment conditions, deductibles, and settlement procedures are absolutely identical to regular cars.
The standard procedure: 1. Ensure safety: turn on hazard lights, set up the emergency stop sign 2. Call EUROASIA: 1147 (24/7). Report the incident and describe the damage 3. Call the Traffic Police (if there are victims or a dispute about the At-fault Driver) 4. Take photos: all damages, license plates of other participants, general view of the Road Traffic Accident scene 5. Fill out the Europrotocol: if the Road Traffic Accident is without victims and both drivers agree on fault 6. Do not start repairs before inspection by the insurance company representative Important for electric vehicles: If there is visible damage in the battery area (vehicle underbody), do not try to start or move the car yourself. Call a tow truck through the insurance company.
Minimum package of documents: • Technical Passport (Vehicle Registration Certificate) • Owner's passport (or power of attorney if not issued by the owner) • Driving License of all authorized drivers Additionally may be required: • Sales contract (for recently purchased cars) • Customs declaration (for those imported from abroad) • Assessment Report (if the value is higher than the market average) All documents can be uploaded digitally when applying online — it is not necessary to bring originals to the office.
