For new appliances in your home
Refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, TV set, air conditioner. Issued on the day of purchase — 365 days of cover.

The policy covers the loss of or damage to the appliance from the direct impact of these risks.
Ignition or spontaneous ignition of the appliance — whatever the cause.
An above-normal change in the frequency, current and voltage in the mains.
Submersion or liquid getting inside — a burst hose, for example.
External impact, falling, animals, theft, robbery and wilful damage.
A specialist will confirm the appliance category and its value
These are requirements of the insurance rules. Failing to meet them is the most common reason for a refusal.
The territory of insurance is the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Theft and damage — to law enforcement, and in writing to the insurer within the same period.
Theft from an unlocked room or vehicle, or outside any premises, is not covered.
A breach of installation, connection or operation forfeits the right to a payout.
Breaching the rules for using electrical networks and overloading them is excluded.
The serial number is legible, the seals intact, and the appliance is shown to the insurer.
How it works
The appliance is covered for 365 days across Uzbekistan. An authorised service centre handles the repair.
Price and limits
The rate of 2% is the lowest of the three Purchase Protection programmes. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, the policy covers power surges, flooding, fire and theft.
The sum insured runs from 1 000 000 to 30 000 000 soum, per the documents. A specialist will calculate the exact premium from your request.
How the payout is calculated
What the policy does not cover
More — property insurance and total loss.
The policy is issued on the day of purchase. The documents from the shop are enough.
The policyholder's identity document.
It confirms the appliance is new and was bought on the day the policy was paid for.
It establishes the purchase date and the manufacturer's warranty period.
Entered into the policy. One policy covers one item.
It equals the value of the appliance per the sale documents.
The premium is paid in full for the whole term — 365 days.
The sequence is the same for a burnt-out refrigerator and for a stolen TV set. The key deadline is 24 hours.
Repairing it yourself and broken seals forfeit the right to a payout.
Fire — a certificate from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a power surge — from the electricity supplier, theft — from law enforcement.
No later than 24 hours after the event. Via the website, the app or email.
The original certificate or inspection report is required. The centre's opinion: repair or total loss.
The policy, a passport, the warranty card and at least 3 photographs of the appliance. The decision comes within 10 working days.
Refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers and washing machines, gas and electric cookers and ovens, a mini oven, a microwave, air conditioners, TV sets and home cinemas. Smartphones, tablets and laptops fall under other categories of the programme at a different rate.
No. Only a new appliance bought on the day the policy is paid for is insured. The date is confirmed by the warranty card or the cash receipt. Second-hand appliances are not accepted.
The rate of 2% is the lowest of the three programmes. The premium depends on the sum insured: 30 000 soum for 1–2 million, 70 000 soum for 3–4 million, 190 000 soum for 9–10 million, 500 000 soum for 20–30 million soum. A specialist will calculate the exact premium from your receipt.
It is the part of the loss that is never indemnified. For every insured event, 20% is deducted from the amount of the loss. For example, with a loss of 5 000 000 soum the indemnity is calculated from 4 000 000 soum — both for a repair and for a total loss.
No. Cash payouts are not made. The payment goes to an authorised service centre for the repair, or to the supplier or the manufacturer for a new appliance. The insurer decides which option applies.
No. A manufacturing defect within the warranty period is the manufacturer's warranty area, not the policy's. The policy works where the warranty does not: fire, power surge, water, impact, falling and unlawful acts of third parties.
Report it to law enforcement within 24 hours and notify the insurer in writing within the same period. A certificate stating the legal classification of the act is required. If the appliance was in open access, in an unlocked room or vehicle, the event is not recognised as an insured event.
No. Home appliances in public or communal areas are not accepted for insurance. The programme is designed for appliances you use at home.
Leave a request — a specialist will look into your case and calculate the premium from your receipt.
