All legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in commercial passenger transportation by any mode of transport within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This requirement is established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 266 dated September 15, 2015.
An OSGOP policy can be issued for a term from 3 months to 1 year, depending on your business needs. The most popular option is a 12-month policy, which is more cost-effective.
The policy cost is calculated using the formula: Total Insured Amount = Insured Amount per passenger × Total number of passenger seats in all of the carrier's vehicles. The tariffs are officially approved and are the same for all insurance companies.
In the event of an insured event, you must: 1) Immediately notify EUROASIA Insurance by phone at 1147; 2) Submit a written claim within 5 business days from the moment the victim applies; 3) Provide all necessary documents confirming the fact and extent of the damage.

For individual entrepreneurs: passport, income statement, transportation license, vehicle documents. All documents can be uploaded electronically during the online application process.

The OSGOP policy covers the carrier's liability for harm caused to the life, health, and property of passengers. The insured amount is 44 million UZS per passenger: 40 million UZS for harm to life and health, and 4 million UZS for property damage.
If the carrier's civil liability is already insured for an amount not less than that established by international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the obligation for additional insurance does not apply. In all other cases, an OSGOP policy must be obtained.
The insurance indemnity is paid directly to the victim or beneficiary within 5 business days after the decision to pay is made. The maximum review period for a claim is 1 business day after receiving all documents.
Yes, the policy can be renewed at any time before its expiration. It is recommended to renew the policy 10-15 days before it expires to avoid a lapse in coverage and potential fines.
Failure to have an OSGOP policy results in administrative liability in the form of a fine of up to 5 BCA (Basic Calculation Amount), and business activities may be suspended. Additionally, the carrier will be personally liable for all damages caused to passengers.
