Twenty-seven years. For history, it's just a moment. For a human life, it's a whole generation. On December 18, 1998, when we, then under the name "Toshkent Sug'urta," issued our first insurance policy, we could hardly have imagined that a quarter of a century later we would become witnesses and participants in so many human destinies.

A Story That Made History: A New Car Instead of Repairs (2020)
June 2020. Jizzakh region. The driver of a corporate Chevrolet Trailblazer is involved in a serious accident — the car overturns and sustains critical damage. According to all the canons of the insurance business, a long process of assessment, coordination, and repair should follow. But at EUROASIA Insurance, they decided to take a different path. Instead of sending the wrecked car to a service center, the company made an unprecedented decision for the Uzbek market — to buy and give the client a brand new Trailblazer.
The payout, which amounted to almost UZS 400 million, was not just compensation. It was a precedent. For the first time in the country's history, an insurance company demonstrated that its main goal is not to minimize costs, but to return what was lost to the client as quickly and efficiently as possible. This story became a legend and showed the entire market what a true customer-centric approach is.
Seven Days That Saved a Budget: 75 Million in a Week (2025)
May 2025. Tashkent, Yunusabad district. Islambek Khusnitdinov, the owner of a KIA Sorento, is at fault in a car accident. The damage to his car is estimated at a colossal 74.8 million soums. For many, such a sum would be a financial disaster. But not for Islambek. On May 12, he files a claim with EUROASIA Insurance, and on May 19, the entire amount is in his account. Seven days. From filing a claim to full payment.
"I didn't know that insurance could work so quickly," Islambek later shared. "I was preparing for long months of waiting, disputes, and expert examinations. But in the end, I got the money before I even had time to realize the full scale of the problem. It completely changed my perception of insurance." This case became a vivid example of how well-established business processes and the company's digital transformation directly affect the speed and quality of claims settlement.
When UZS 300 Thousand Saves from UZS 12 Million: The Real Math of Insurance
This story, told by our client Rashid from Tashkent, perfectly illustrates the very essence of insurance. While driving on the Small Ring Road, he did not have time to react to the sharp braking of a new Toyota Camry in front of him. It all began on December 18, 1998, with the founding of the insurance company "Toshkent Sug'urta". 2025 was a year of technological breakthrough. We were the first in the country to launch the intelligent AI assistant "Ali" and received the international quality certificate ISO 9001:2015. This journey from a small city company to a recognized technological leader is the best evidence that we never stand still.

Another of our prides is the innovative product EURO KASKO. We have moved away from standard "boxed" solutions and offered the market a modular approach.
