ECLI is a mandatory type of insurance designed to protect the financial interests of the Employer when liability arises for damage caused to an employee in a workplace accident. ECLI ensures the payment of monetary compensation to injured employees due to industrial injuries from accidents or occupational diseases while performing their work duties.
The insurance policy can be issued on our website or by calling the call center at 1147.
The ECLI contract is concluded for a period of one year, or for the duration of the organization's activity. After this period expires, a new contract must be issued to extend the insurance protection of employees. Issuing an ECLI policy is a mandatory legal requirement that ensures continuous protection of employees from risks associated with their professional activities. We recommend issuing a new contract in advance to comply with legal requirements and avoid interruptions in insurance coverage.
