EUROASIA INSURANCE is committed to attracting young talent and building a strong pipeline of future leaders in the insurance industry. To this end, the company has established the "Startup" center, a specialized program designed to provide practical training and development for promising final-year students from higher education institutions.

Bridging Theory and Practice

The "Startup" center facilitates a seamless transition from academic learning to real-world professional practice. Young specialists are paired with experienced managers and experts within the company through the "ustoz-shogird" (master-apprentice) mentorship system. This enables them to directly apply their theoretical knowledge in a professional environment, familiarize themselves with the legal and regulatory framework of the insurance sector, and build a solid foundation of practical experience.

A Culture of Continuous Learning

To further enhance their professional development, young specialists prepare and deliver presentations on topics of their choice to company employees. Additionally, leading specialists from EUROASIA INSURANCE regularly organize training sessions and master-classes.

Recently, M. Alibayeva, the company's Chief Methodologist, based on her experience participating in a seminar under the Japanese "FILA" program, organized a special seminar for young specialists. The seminar featured presentations on personal insurance, life insurance, and natural disaster insurance.

Furthermore, Kh. Mamatkhuzhaev, a junior specialist at the "Startup" center and a 4th-year student in "Insurance" at the Tashkent State University of Economics, delivered a presentation on Class 1 of general insurance — "Accident Insurance." His presentation covered the legal foundations of this type of insurance, key indicators of the insurance market, and a comparative analysis of products offered by competing insurance companies.

Shaping the Future of Insurance in Uzbekistan

The initiatives undertaken by the "Startup" center play a crucial role in promoting the insurance profession among young people, preparing qualified young professionals for Uzbekistan's insurance market, and ensuring effective integration between education and industry. EUROASIA INSURANCE is proud to be at the forefront of nurturing the next generation of insurance industry leaders.
