In the insurance sector, customer trust largely depends on how quickly, transparently, and efficiently their claims are processed. An insurance company's financial stability and responsibility are primarily reflected in the speed and completeness of fulfilling its obligations when an insured event occurs.

In this regard, JV JSC "EUROASIA INSURANCE" analyzed its claims handling process for the period of January–April 2026. Between January 1 and April 30, the company received 330 applications for insurance payouts. Of these, 279 were fully processed within the established timeframes. The remaining 51 applications were handled in May, in full compliance with all deadlines.

The results for the 279 processed applications are as follows:

•insurance payouts were made in 252 cases;

•a decision to deny payment was made in 27 cases.

The denials were primarily related to situations that, according to the contract terms, did not qualify as insured events.

For every application, regardless of the final decision, the applicants received an official response within the 15-day period required by law.

The analysis data shows:

• the average time to process an application was 12 calendar days;

• the average payout time for compulsory insurance types was 2.7 days;

• the average payout time across all insurance types was 3.5 days.

These figures indicate a well-organized claims settlement system within the company. Processing payouts in an average of 3–4 days allows the company to provide timely financial support to its clients.

Furthermore, customer surveys revealed that the satisfaction rate regarding the timeliness of claims processing and payouts exceeds 95 percent.

JV JSC "EUROASIA INSURANCE" plans to continue improving service quality, implementing digital technologies, and providing convenient services for its clients.
