Insurance: Top 3 in Uzbekistan

JSC "EUROASIA INSURANCE" has secured its position among the top three most capitalized insurance companies in Uzbekistan, while approving a strategic plan to increase its authorized capital to $43 million and accelerate digital transformation in 2026.

According to the Central Securities Depository of Uzbekistan, as of February 1, 2026, EUROASIA INSURANCE ranks third in the TOP-10 insurance companies by authorized capital — 286.8 billion UZS, trailing only Apex Insurance (900.0 billion UZS) and O'zbekinvest (303.4 billion UZS). Record Market Growth and EUROASIA INSURANCE's Position

Uzbekistan's insurance sector demonstrates impressive dynamics: the total volume of shares of 49 insurance companies has exceeded 4.3 trillion UZS, and the total number of investors reached 13,081 individuals, of which 98% are individual investors. Notably, government entities account for only 2% of the total issued shares — indicating the maturity of the private insurance market and a high level of competition. Meanwhile, the top ten companies by capitalization account for 55.3% (2.4 trillion UZS) of the entire market, with EUROASIA INSURANCE confidently included in this elite group.
