2. Approval of the audit report prepared by "EFFECT-AUDIT" LLC auditing organization on the results of the Company's 9-month operations in 2025.

3. Discussion of dividend payments on preferred shares of the Company.

4. Amendments to the first part of the decision adopted on the 11th issue of the agenda at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2025.
