Renewing OSAGO when changing your number plate is not complicated. We'll show you how to do it quickly and without errors. The process takes only 5 minutes.
Step 1. Prepare Your Documents
You'll need three things:
Your current OSAGO policy number. It's shown on the policy itself or in your insurance company's personal account.
Your new technical passport. This is the most important part — your new car number must be listed in the technical passport. If you haven't received your new technical passport yet, get it from the road safety authorities first.
Your driver's license. In case you need to confirm your identity.
Step 2. Choose a Renewal Method
You have three main options:
Online on the website. Open the OSAGO calculator at eai.uz/en/osago, enter your new number and issue a new policy. The policy arrives by SMS and in your personal account immediately. After that, submit an application to terminate your old policy.
Support on Telegram. Message EUROASIA Insurance support on Telegram. Send a photo of your technical passport and your old policy number. The operator will help you with the renewal.
Call center 1147. Call and say you need to renew your policy after changing your number. The operator will guide you through the whole process.
Most people choose online — it's fast and convenient.
Step 3. Issue a New Policy with Your New Number
Open the OSAGO calculator at eai.uz/en/osago. Enter:
• Your new state number plate
• Vehicle details
• Restrictions (with driver restrictions or without)
The system will show you the cost. Pay online — and the policy arrives immediately.
Step 4. Find Out the Policy Cost
When you issue a policy through the calculator, you see the cost right away. Example policy costs (in sum):

Step 5. Your Policy Arrives by SMS and in Your Personal Account
Your new electronic policy arrives immediately after payment. You'll get an SMS with your policy number and can see it in your personal account. This is enough — electronic policies are recognized by all authorities.
Now you can drive with your new number and new policy. After that, submit an application to terminate your old policy.
