An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JV JSC "EUROASIA INSURANCE" was held. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Bobur Kobulovich Shadiev.
At the meeting, issues within the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders were considered, and corresponding decisions were made. In particular:
Acting General Director of the Company Jonibek Temirov was approved as Chairman of the Board of the Company;
A new organizational structure of the Company was approved;
The Board was designated as the executive body of the Company;
A decision was made to establish the number of authorized shares at 400,000,000 (four hundred million) ordinary shares and 100,000,000 (one hundred million) preferred shares.
Other items on the agenda were also considered. It was noted that the decisions made are an important step in the further development of the Company.
