All four destinations work for an autumn holiday, but their best travel windows are different. September is a good time to combine beaches and sightseeing in Turkey or food and nature in Georgia. By late October and November, the UAE becomes more comfortable, while Thailand gradually enters a more reliable beach season.
Choose the month first. Then compare the budget, trip length and type of holiday you want.
The short answer: which destination suits you?
| Destination | Best time | Best for | Sample package from Tashkent* | Main consideration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Turkey | September to mid-October | families, beaches, all-inclusive resorts and an Istanbul stopover | $705–791, 3–8 nights | coastal weather becomes less predictable late in the season |
| Georgia | September to mid-October | cities, mountains, food, wine and active sightseeing | $715–915, 4–7 nights | travel insurance has been mandatory since 2026 |
| UAE | late October to November | a short comfortable break, city and beach, families with children | $554–687, 4–7 nights | a low package price may still come with higher spending at the destination |
| Thailand | November; check the season for your specific island | tropical beaches and a 7–10 day holiday | $696–911, 6–10 nights | Uzbekistan citizens have needed a visa in advance since 15 September 2026 |

Narrow the choice with three questions
When are you travelling?
September and early October suit Turkey and Georgia. Late October and November favour the UAE and Thailand.
What kind of holiday?
Beach and resort services — Turkey. Cities, food and mountains — Georgia. Comfort and attractions — UAE. Tropical escape — Thailand.
How much time do you have?
The UAE works well for 4–6 days. A 7–10 day break opens more options. Thailand also needs time for a visa.

This is a starting point. Travelling with children, your tolerance for rain, the time available for a visa and spending at the destination may change the final choice.
Turkey: for beaches and convenient resort services
Turkey is one of the most balanced options in September and early October. The sea season continues on the Antalya coast, while the intense summer heat eases. Istanbul and Cappadocia also become more comfortable for full days of walking.
It works well for families and travellers who prefer an all-inclusive stay. With the hotel, meals and beach included in one package, the trip budget is easier to estimate. If you do not want to spend the whole holiday at a resort, combine three or four days in Istanbul with several days on the coast.
Holders of ordinary Uzbekistan passports may stay in Turkey without a visa for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Check your passport validity anyway: Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends at least six months of validity at the time of travel.

If a beach holiday in November is the main goal, the UAE or Thailand may offer more reliable weather.
Georgia: for food, cities and nature in one trip
Georgia’s best autumn window runs from late September to mid-October. Tbilisi is comfortable for long walks, the harvest season continues in Kakheti, and some mountain routes remain open. November is quieter and often cheaper, but it can be cool, rainy and grey. Rainfall in Batumi increases from October.
Georgia suits travellers who want to rent a car, try local food and see several places in one trip. Uzbekistan citizens may stay in the country without a visa for one full year.
Since 1 January 2026, tourists have been required to carry insurance covering medical care and accidents. It must cover the entire stay, have a minimum insured amount of GEL 30,000, and be available in Georgian or English. Compare the policy limit and territorial coverage with the official requirements before departure.

If you are travelling with children and want only a beach with reliably warm weather, the UAE is simpler in late autumn.
UAE: for a short holiday with straightforward logistics
The first half of October may still feel very hot in Dubai and Sharjah. By late October and November, it becomes easier to combine the beach with walks, theme parks and city activities.
The UAE works particularly well for a four-to-six-day break. Travel and transfer time takes up a smaller share of the holiday, and services are usually easy to arrange in advance. A hotel in Sharjah can reduce the package price, but budget separately for travel to Dubai, meals, taxis and entertainment.
Uzbekistan citizens with a biometric international passport may stay in the UAE without a visa for up to 30 days. The passport must be valid for at least six months on arrival.
Choose travel insurance for the UAE
If you want more than a week in nature with a different place to see each day, Georgia or Thailand may offer more variety.
Thailand: for a longer tropical holiday in November
Autumn weather is not the same across Thailand. September is rainy in many regions. October is a transition month, while conditions around Phuket and Krabi usually begin to improve in November. Koh Samui and other islands in the Gulf of Thailand follow a different rainfall pattern, so check the forecast for the specific resort.
Thailand makes more sense when you can spend at least seven to ten days there. A longer journey and visa preparation take too much time out of a short break, while a longer stay gives you enough time to enjoy the beaches, food and excursions.
There is an important new rule: since 15 September 2026, holders of ordinary Uzbekistan passports must obtain a visa before travelling to Thailand. The previous visa exemption and visa-on-arrival options have ended. Check the official Thai e-Visa requirements and application timing before buying tickets.

If departure is close or you do not want to arrange a visa, the UAE is a simpler November option.
How to choose by budget
About $550–700 per person. The most realistic option is a short stay in Sharjah or a discounted package for suitable dates. Some Thailand packages also start in this range, but the visa and longer journey increase the total cost. Do not compare the starting price alone.
About $700–900 per person. All four destinations become possible. You may find 5–8 nights in Turkey, up to a week in Georgia, a more convenient UAE hotel or an entry-level Thailand package. Meals and hotel class will often make the biggest difference to the final cost.
More than $900 per person. Consider a longer Thailand trip, a more comfortable Dubai hotel or a higher-category resort in Turkey. At this level, the travel format and hotel quality matter more than the country itself.
For a family budget, list baggage, transfers, children’s accommodation, lunches and dinners, excursions and local transport separately. Once these are added, the package advertised as cheapest may not produce the lowest total cost.
Final recommendation
- September or early October, beach holiday with children: Turkey.
- Late September or October, food, cities and mountains: Georgia.
- Late October or November, short comfortable break: UAE.
- November, tropical trip for at least a week: Thailand — plan the visa in advance.
Once you choose a destination, check passport validity and entry rules again. Then select insurance that matches the dates, the destination’s requirements and your planned activities. EUROASIA travel programmes offer insured amounts from €20,000 to €90,000; mountains, sports and other active holidays may require additional terms.
